This was the a processor built from GaAs that was the last operational computer that Cray Computer Corporation built. Only one computer was built, but it operated in 1993 at the National Center for Atmospheric Research before the company folded. Its clock operated at 500 Mhz. Like all the rest, it was the ultimate in density and packaging. It was to have 16 processors.
