Internet 3.0 is the dial tone, it's scalable and symmetric at 25 megabits to everyone's plug. Bits are fungible -- datacom, images, real audio, 2D and 3D video. The question is how do you get there because we're paying for this with our phone bill and when bits become bits you've got a problem of regulation. Our governments would fold because so many people spend so much time in the regulatory process. What would all those people do if there were a free market. For starters they should all be surfing to understand about the magnitude of change.
